Introduction to the wonders of South African wine – for everyone who wants to learn more about this fascinating subject! Wine knowledge is an asset whether you are pursuing a hobby or enhancing your knowledge for a career. Students attending classes receive a course manual and 2 crystal Plett Arts bubbly glasses.

- Francois Ferreira will be doing the first part of the course on Friday – the history, how to taste wine, storage of wine, brandy and the theory of Food & wine pairing.
- On Saturday Conrad Louw will do wine making and wine production.
- Francois and Conrad will be presenting the whole tasting – Cause and Effect – as well as individual cultivars on the Saturday.
- Theory Examination (1hr) will take place on the Saturday afternoon.
