Facebook and website record highs
Plett Tourism has had a phenomenal response to our social media marketing and website over the past few years. As our strategy and brand has gained traction online, we have attracted fans across the globe to our main platforms Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the website.
The Plett Tourism Facebook page has just surpassed the 10 000-fans mark, putting it in the top 4% off all Facebook Business and Fan pages, with a regular monthly reach of over 100 000.
Plett Tourism was recently invited by South African Tourism to co-host their Tourism Month Twitter Chat, which provided an opportunity for us to showcase Plett to their 145 000 followers, and other tourism-related accounts.
And in November our website just passed the point of receiving, on average, 15 000 visits per month for 2017.
