A car wash summer bash in Qolweni
No doubt summer has arrived, and the Bangela Brothers are ready for yet another epic summer season in our Bay.
Why not kick-start this year’s with a car wash summer bash? And the charm is that it’s in Qolweni, if you like your things to be out of the ordinary and different from the mainstream, then Qolweni is a perfect place for you to hang out, it’s got that je-ne-sais-qua element, which is attractive.
The idea is that you bring your car, or cars for most of you, and it gets washed, at a cost of course, and while your vehicle is being washed, you get entertained by local artists; DJ’s, singers and the likes, a cash bar and food stalls galore, sounds fun.
It happens on the 07 October, around 10am till late. And it’s pretty easy to locate, just behind the famous Rasta House in Qolweni on the entrance into New Horizon- Green Oak Road, then turn right after and you’ll immediately find it, on a very easy spot.
I am calling on all Plett loving locals and Plett Businesses in particular, to support small and upcoming enterprises, especially in the developing areas. Bangela Brothers is ran by two brothers, one of whom- Xolani, is a security officer at Prime, and still finds time to polish his entrepreneurial skills through his small business enterprise. Surely such an effort cannot be let to go to waste.
Xolani has assured me that their price list is reasonable, safe parking while cars are washed and a secured hangout spot while you wait or mingle on the food stalls and the like.
