Mcebisi Lose and Phumlani Lose receiving their Customer Services Programme certificates

Three Plett hospitality personnel recently had the opportunity to upgrade their skills at a Customer Services Programme facilitated by Plett Tourism at the Beacon Island Resort. The attendees were awarded their certificates last week at Plett Tourism’s offices after they had completed the course.
