Tickets are R200 per person, and this year we introduce the new Plett Wine Theatre with guest speakers Pieter ‘Mr Bubbles’ Ferreira from Graham Beck Wines and Bramon Cellar Master Anton Smal with well-known wine columnist Peter ‘Pee Bee’ Bishop. - 14h30 Peter ‘Pee Bee’ Bishop | The empirical tasting assessment of successive vintages of Plettenberg Bay Sauvignon blanc (20 minutes)
Exploring the successive vintages of Sauvignon Blanc – find out about the basics as well as some amazing facts that make this area ideal for the cultivar. Format: presentation only.
