Baking class at Tebelo with Francois Ferreira Academy provides hands-on experience
Tebelo has partnered with Francois Ferreira Academy to offer a three-month Assistant Baker course. This NQF Level 2 course gives the baking class students in-depth training and hands-on experience with fermented dough products, from sourdough bread to croissants and cakes.
The course includes learning how to set up and run a small bakery or food business, and students rotate through different restaurants and bakeries across the Bitou area for a broad range of practical experience. Visit www.tebelo.org to apply and find out more, or contact us on +27 79 665 0487.
