CemAir resumes flights to Plett

Commuter and Regional carrier, CemAir (IATA code 5Z) is relaunching its popular scheduled flights to Plettenberg Bay Airport starting from 28 November 2019.

CemAir Flights to Plettenberg Bay Airport in the Western Cape will be relaunched on Thursday 28 November 2019 from both Cape Town and Johannesburg. The route will be operated on CemAir’s Dash-8 Q300 aircraft which is a 50-seat turbo-prop offering a comfortable full service flight. Flying times between Cape Town and Plett are a short 1 hour 20 minutes and between Johannesburg and Plett, 2hrs 40 mins. Plett Airport is a simple 3km drive from the popular town of Plettenberg Bay allowing passengers to save the 90km tedious drive to and from George Airport.

The launch schedule will operate on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays and for the December / January festive season flights will operate daily starting from 4 December 2019.
