Completion of this event marketing application form will ensure that your event is placed on the Plett Tourism Event Calendar, listed on the website and marketed on all Plett Tourism media platforms.

If your event requires municipal approval, the information entered here will be forwarded to the Bitou Municipality LED Department who will process it according to the by-laws and National Events Act. You will be copied in on the forwarding email.

Please allow up to 72 hours for an event marketing application and listing to be processed.
