A group of artists are coming together to celebrate the BIRDING WEEK organized by the newly launched WITTEDRIFT WAY!
The Bitou Valley is our hidden gem, with the little village of Wittedrift nestled under a hill, and we want people to get to know and explore it!
The Bitou river estuary is a haven for birds and other wildlife. Farms depend on it for water upriver, and there are game reserves too.
BITOU ART @ MOONRIVER shows work by artists inspired by the birds, scenery and wildlife, and love of the river and all its surroundings. It will be held on the banks of the river, and a percentage of sales will go towards the Natures Valley Trust, who work tirelessly on behalf of our indigenous bird population.
