Hosted by Lunchbox Theatre and presented by Ndlondlo Productions in partnership with DALRO, this powerful revival features acclaimed actors Hamilton Dhlamini and Thulani Mtsweni, under the direction of Dhlamini himself.

A seminal piece of anti-apartheid theatre, Woza Albert! is a sharp, satirical imagining of the second coming of Morena during apartheid-era South Africa. Through a series of moving and humorous vignettes, the play lays bare the absurdities and brutalities of the apartheid regime. Originally created in 1981 by Percy Mtwa, Mbongeni Ngema, and Barney Simon, it has earned global acclaim and remains a cornerstone of South African theatre.

Don’t miss this extraordinary opportunity to witness a masterful revival of a theatrical classic. Dhlamini and Mtsweni deliver electrifying performances, bringing multiple characters to life with heart, humour, and undeniable power.
