Good news from the WC Dept of Tourism

I am happy to advise that Minister of Tourism Ms Mmamoloko Kubayi- Ngubane shared during a media briefing on the 30^th of May 2020 that as of the 1^st of June 2020 (level 3) accommodation establishments will no longer require a letter of permission from the Minister of Tourism / National Department of Tourism to accommodate those working in permitted services / essential services.

You are however required to keep records or these guests for inspections by the National Department of Tourism and you have to be able to be accountable, as an owner of the facility, when inspection comes.
