In the lead-up to the third Watercourse Plett History Festival, Plett Tourism has launched a history podcast based on the presentations of 2021 History Festival in Plettenberg Bay.

The Watercourse Plett History Festival 2022 – titled Crossing Borders – will take place in Plettenberg Bay from 23-26 February 2022 at the Piesang Valley Hall and Wittedrift High School.

The podcast features talks from interesting and knowledgeable speakers such as Dr Ruben Richards, former editor of Getaway Magazine, David Bristow, and anthropologist and author, Mike de Jongh. The 2021 festival was themed around “War & Peace”. There are ten episodes to enjoy while preparing for the upcoming 2022 edition of the festival, which can be streamed via Spotify here.
