Published: March 8th, 2017

horse-carriage-wine-trailThere is a new way to explore the Plett Winelands – by horse-drawn carriage! Visitors to Plett can cycle the winelands, drive or take a wine tour bus, and even a horse ride.

Now wine lovers can sit back, sip local wines and take in the beautiful scenery of the winelands, mountains, forests, vineyards and fynbos, on a horse-drawn carriage with Hog Hollow Horse Trails.

The vintage 10-seater carriage is drawn by two beautiful Percherons and guides entertain with interesting facts and information regarding the history of the area, its people and the local wine industry.

Refreshments are served during the carriage ride.
