Bitou Municipality elects new Executive Mayor Councillor Jessica Kamkam

This is a historic moment for Bitou as the council now has three women in the top leadership roles, namely Executive Mayor – Councillor Jessica Kamkam (DA), Deputy Mayor – Councillor Noksi Kolwapi (IPM) – and Speaker Councillor Mavis Busakwe (AUF).
