Ring in the new year, “Plett Style”…
New Year’s Eve Celebration – Central Beach
Plett’s Official New Year’s Bash will take place in the Plett Summer Arena on Central Beach and promises to be an evening of excellent entertainment, good cheer and celebration.
The festivities will kick off at 5pm with Richard Wade – Coast to Coast Tour. The MC for the evening will be local favourite Mad Brad and DJs Chappa and Mjilo will be in residence.
The crowd will be treated to a performance by Tshisa Talent winner, Alpha Dog, who performed his catchy “Plettenberg Bay” rap earlier this year on the Expresso Show on SABC 3 and an exciting dance performance by the Lunchbox Theatre.
The evening will culminate in a brilliant fireworks display, organised by Bitou Municipality, to ring in the New Year. The party will finish up at 1am.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
No alcoholic beverages will be permitted on the beaches or associated parking/public areas. It is a criminal offence to drink or be in possession of such beverages in such areas. Liquor will be confiscated and in appropriate circumstances offenders will be prosecuted.
