Plett Rage 2021 dates released
With small businesses and coastal towns left in shambles due to the impact of government forced lockdowns, we feel it is our duty to host Plett Rage this year, be that in a new form!
Six months later than usual, we’re ecstatic to finally be rolling out the plans for Plett Rage 2021, what we believe to be the most hopeful & safe experience we could provide you with in the current state of affairs.
We’ve arrived at what we believe to be the best option, ensuring a Plett Rage experience that you have come to love & expect for the past 20 years as well as fit within the most likely summer restrictions.
This year, Plett Rage will be hosted as two separate 4-Day long weekends. Weekend 1 taking place from 3-6 December, encompassing the spirit of Bass Cabin and Weekend 2 taking place from 8-11 December, the heart of our Main Stage.
Ticket holders will be guaranteed full refunds until one month before the first weekend kicks off, excluding booking fees.
Due to the limitations and wanting to ensure a world-class Plett Rage experience, numbers will be limited per weekend.
We will be adhering to all governmental restrictions. Your safety is our number one concern!
The Plett Rage Timeline:
- 1 Aug ‘21: Pre-Registration Launch
- 1 Sept ‘21: Sales Open
- 1 Nov ‘21: Relevant Party Meeting
- 3 Nov ‘21: Decision Day aka Plett Rage D-Day
- 3 Dec ‘21: Plett Rage 2021 First Weekender
- 8 Dec ‘21: Plett Rage 2021 Second Weekender
We call on all Plettenberg Bay accommodation suppliers & businesses to unite and support Ragers with full refunds until one month before the first-weekend date, so as to ensure confidence & support.
In all marketing, we will be advising Ragers to insist on a 30-day full refund agreement before booking or encouraging them to only book with suppliers who are willing to.
Plett Rage 2021 Pre-Registration officially opens this Sunday; we hope to fill as many beds as possible. We cannot wait to see you in Plettenberg Bay this December!
