More & more film productions are being channelled to the Garden Route & Plett. The Bachelor, Black Sails, Fiela se Kind, Toorbos, Lara Croft and The Crown are a few examples from the last 2-3 years. The economic stimulation from film production reaches all sectors.
We will soon be providing you with more info that is coming through at an ever increasing volume, relevant to filmmakers and businesses in Plett.
In the meantime, venues can REGISTER with the Garden Route Film Commission as a potential filming location!

Garden Route Film Readiness Webinar
Wesgro, in collaboration with the Garden Route International Film Festival will be hosting a webinar with the acting chairperson of the Garden Route Film Commission, Patrick Walton.
Monica Rorvik, Head of Wesgro’s Film and Media Promotion unit will give an overview on film readiness in the Western Cape, with the Garden Route Film Commission presenting on their film readiness and the launch of their new online permitting system.
