Welcome to Chef Roy from Cornuti Stella e Luna in Plett as he prepares a mouthwatering, seafood dish Cornuti’s famous Al Cartoccio on our first episode of Plett, it’s a foodie thing!

TOOLS: Frying pan, foil.

INGREDIENTS: Butter, Argentinian prawns (similar to Langoustine), Calamari steak, Chilli, Fresh garlic, Lemon, West Coast black mussels (steamed in celery, onion, garlic, and wine), a seafood bisque made from the prawn shells and pomodoro tomatoes Fresh basil Linguine Pasta Sweet basil and bronze basil olive oil.
