INGREDIENTS: A Kingklip fillet (as fresh as you can get it), Flour to dust the fish, Handful of cherry tomatoes, 1/4 Cup of olives, 30ml Olive oil, 1/4 Cup of basil leaves (chopped), 10ml Fish spice, Pinch of salt, Black pepper (to taste).
