Plettenberg Bay restaurant, Zinzi, receives top TripAdvisor award
Now, more than ever, international recognition of tourism experiences is a reason to celebrate. The Plettenberg Bay Tourism Association is excited to congratulate Zinzi Restaurant, a flagship restaurant offering from the Hunter Hotels group, for receiving a prestigious award during the 2020 TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards. Zinzi has been ranked #2 in the Best Fine Dining Restaurant – Africa category.

On July 29th, TripAdvisor announced the winners of its 18th annual Travelers’ Choice Awards, highlighting the top airlines, attractions, beaches, destinations, hotels, restaurants and experiences around the world based on the quality and quantity of traveler reviews collected last year prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Every year, TripAdvisor pulls together all the reviews, and ratings that travelers share from across the globe — and use that info to spotlight the very-best.
“As South Africans look for experiences in their own backyards, many refer to trusted online sources for inspiration. TripAdvisor’s endorsement, as the world’s largest travel platform, is invaluable for our town of Plett. Being recognized at this level is so well deserved for all the hard work of the Zinzi team at the Hunter Hotels group. Zinzi is part of the five-star Tsala and Hunter’s Country House ‘experience’ services, located on their property in the Harkerville area of Plettenberg Bay.
