The Junction Boutique Hotel is in its final stages of construction for the first and second floors, and is on track for opening mid-December 2018.
The cosy 13 room boutique hotel has cool minimal spaces for cool maximum people. It is the newest kid on the block, a clean contemporary building designed by the Design Lab team in Cape Town. Located in the centre of Main Street, the hotel belongs to local business owner Cameron Attwood. Once in its final stages, the hotel will include 3 high-end rooms, 10 loft-style rooms, a continental coffee bar and café, a boutique shopping experience and a rooftop bar and party venue.
Local artisans and product suppliers involved in the project include Keystone Projects, Housecall Plumbing, Jack’s Electrical, PIPS, Mungo Design, Arteriors, Love of Linen, Cloud Connect and Yates Landscaping.
The foundations have been laid, the construction team is working tirelessly and the Design Lab are busy procuring all the décor accents to ensure the first turn-down service takes place for the December holiday-makers.
