RASA document on Safe Operating Procedures during COVID-19

The Restaurant Association of South Africa (RASA) in conjunction with IHSS Group has created a document to provide restaurants across South Africa with guidelines during and after the Covid-19 Pandemic.

The document highlights mandatory and recommended actions and control measures to be implemented by employers and managers. As far as reasonably practicable these recommendations have been developed to be suitable for the Restaurant industry.
