All that sparkles at day one of Plett Wine & Bubbly Festival

Published: November 26th, 2017

Plett’s fourth Wine and Bubbly Festival kicked off yesterday on Central Beach in Plettenberg Bay and this year’s festival was even bigger and better than previous years, with numbers well in excess of 1,000 attending day one. The new layout proved to be a great success with the deck extending over the beach, giving festival goers a feeling of being ‘on the beach’ whilst sipping and savouring their favourite drinks and treats. The addition of the Skhulu’z Lounge beer bar was well received by ‘other halves’ not that keen on the delights of the vine.

The festival dedicated to promoting local wines and MCCs continues today from 12pm, with Gerald Clarke performing on the deck. You can still buy tickets online, or at the door.
