The Pine Trees Community Outreach Project held their annual Christmas party on 23rd December. Plett Tourism provided pencil cases as gifts for the children. Herewith follows a letter of thanks and feedback from the project director.

What a big happy successful Event it was on the 23rd December 2016. The children enjoyed our fifth Annual Christmas Party so much.
On behalf of The Pine Trees Community Outreach Project and children, we would like to extend a heart-felt thank you for your commitment, support and love that you brought towards the party and to making this event so successful. It was the vision of the organisation and Board of Directors to have planned this event for entertainment and to foresee that all the children have a smile on their faces.
Your generous contribution helped make our vision a reality by helping to offset the beautiful and support system that we had towards the children.
As we continue to grow as a chapter, please know that partnerships with our sponsors are vital to the success of this chapter.
