Plett Quarter Hotel & Apartments opens its doors to the Arts for Plett ARTS Festival
This October, the Plett Quarter Hotel & Apartments will transform into a vibrant cultural hub as part of the Plett ARTS Festival, hosting an art exhibition, creative workshops, and a special lunch and talk from 3–12 October 2025.
The festival exhibition will feature a diverse collection of works by acclaimed artists André van der Merwe, Rob Smith, John Moore, Esrael Thavhana, Michele Bestbier, Marti Marais, and Igor Stermheit. Their artworks will be showcased throughout the hotel’s Restaurant and Sky Bar, offering festival-goers the chance to experience creativity in an inspiring setting.
Perched on Plettenberg Bay’s bustling Main Street, Plett Quarter Hotel & Apartments is the perfect venue for this celebration of the arts. The property combines elegance and coastal living with the energy of the town’s central hub, while its rooftop Sky Bar, with panoramic sea views, creates a one-of-a-kind backdrop to take in the vibrancy of the festival.
“As Lion Roars has deep roots in Plett, we’re proud to open our home to the community and show our support for local arts and initiatives,” says the team behind Plett Quarter. “Hosting part of the Plett Arts Festival here feels like a natural fit, blending our love for hospitality with the rich cultural life of the town.”
