Behind the scenes at Plett 24Hr Reunion
Plett’s first ever 24 Hour Reunion fashion extravaganza dominated the Plett MAD festival last weekend when local and national fashion designers gathered for photo shoots, runway show, a red carpet event, musical performance, and an after party.
Deep Settle Movement, founded by Asanda Qumelwana, Fezile Retyu and Christopher Mayiji from Gugulethu and Khayalitsha met up with local fashion designer Nada J from Kwano, with her original Plett collection and local models.
Some of South Africa’s top models of the moment, David Kabamba, Irvine Bosha, Tyrese Bani, Vincent Ntunja, Mandla Waterson and Rowhan Rhode were involved.
Idols’ 2015 top 8 finalist, Lungisa performed a song on the runway during the evening event.
