BRING: Water & Wear layers – something cosy to wrap up in – if needs be at end… and something fun & comfy to move and groove in!

You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by fun and professional facilitators to support you to connect, move and play!
We combine elements of movement, play, meditation and dance – all through headphones.
All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.
