John McCarthy breath holding course for Adopt a Swimmer 

This video provides a small insight into the joy and confidence built in some of the 20 children from Adopt a Swimmer who did a Breath Holding course with John McCarthy last week.

The project was one Sasfin’s community initiatives build around the Sasfin Plett Wine and Bubbly Festival and they hope that its impact is long lasting. Close to 80% of the Plettenberg Bay community cannot swim and by teaching children confidence in the water, not only do they hope that lives will be saved, but also, as this video clip shows, children will grow in confidence and strength.
