South African cricketing legend, Jonty Rhodes recently visited Face Adrenalin at Bloukrans Bridge to take on the world’s highest commercial bridge bungy.
At 216m, the jump is an exhilarating Plett adventure for anyone and from the smile on Jonty’s face, we can be sure he enjoyed the challenge!
Jonty played for the South African cricket team between 1992 and 2003, scoring a total of 5 935 runs in 245 ODIs. In a match against Pakistan in 1992, Jonty famously dived full length to break the stumps and run out the opposing team’s captain Inzamam-ul-Haq, allowing South Africa to go on and win the match.
