TOOLS: Baking Tin, Blender.
INGREDIENTS: 200g tennis biscuits, 120g melted butter, 750g smooth cream cheese, 2 tins sweetened condensed milk, 2 eggs, 200ml fresh cream, 250ml lemon juice, 2 tablespoons vanilla custard powder, 5 tablespoons vanilla essence, Spray & Cook.
TO SERVE: Whipped cream or fruit compote.
